Here is part of our Media video. This is the second scene of Lily coming home to her husband after being assaulted, to hide in the bathroom from fear and to wash away her pain.
Please can we have as much feedback as possible. Any suggestions on improvements would be greatly welcomed.
On my PC screen, lighting is dim in the hallway, as you have previously said. Framing is not always secure - characters' heads drop out of frame, or we only see part of their bodies. With careful editing, you could remove some of the offending frames. You could also re-shoot and not try to do so much in single takes; set up shorter takes and cut more. Chris stumbles over his words at the door. Also I'm not sure he would joke about who she spent the night with if he's a sensitive partner. He would probably feel anxious about her being 'chatted up' on a night away from him. The performances are very good and the shower scene is compelling. It ends very abruptly. Some unwanted noise is noticeable when she gets in the shower.
